How can I register to your website?
How will I Log in?
You will get a ‘Log In’ button on header section. Fill out all necessary information and submit. If you are finding it difficult to log in please contact us through our Contact Us page. A member of our support team will reach out to you.
How do I change my password
Log In to your account. In your dashboard you will get password change option. If you are finding it difficult to change your passport, please contact us through our Contact Us page. A member of our support team will reach out to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Edsensia allows several online payment methods. These include use of debit/credit card, direct transfer, etc. However, if you want to make offline payment, kindly reach out to our finance team via payment@edsensia.com
Can I get a refund?
Edsensia reserves all rights to issue refund. However, excess payment will be refunded within 5 working days.
How do I download course materials?
There are courses with downloadable course materials and workbooks. Links to the materials and workbooks are provided within the course content or at the end of the course. If you have any difficultites, please reach out through our contact form.
Are Edsensia certificates internationally recognised?
Yes. We are duly accredited training provider with several accreditation and regulatory bodies in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. Our CPD certifications are issued in line with standards of the CPD bodies in the UK. Verification links are given to our successful learners to verify the authenticity of their certificates.
Can I use my Edsensia certificates internationally?
All certificates issued by Edsensia are internationally recognised. Employers globally accept our certificates.
Are there testimonies of former learners?
We have trained and certified several learners, who are using our certificates in different parts of the world. Feedbacks and recommendations are in our “What do Our Learners Say” section.
How does Edsensia support students after training?
We have a Student Community where our successful learners network and share updates. Edsensia also share job links, career updates, and opportunities avialable abroad to our Student Community. You are entitled to be a part of the community once you complete at least one CPD course with Edsensia.
How do I register as an Instructor?
Edsensia is currently open to qualified instructos who are interested in having their learning contents on the Edsensia platform. Edsensia is a global online learning platform that positions your talent and knowledge to a wider audience.
